Justin J. Rose, has worked on three different continents (North America, Asia and Europe) over the last 14 years coaching and consulting many companies, professionals, foundations, soccer clubs, athletes and students. Degrees in International Marketing and Psychology combined with advanced knowledge and certificates in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programing), Intercultural Training and Fitness, his clients benefit from a well-rounded approach towards achieving desired results.
For the last 8 years, Justin J. Rose has worked closely with the Deutsche Fussball Liga (DFL) on a weekly basis as a business coach and consultant. This also includes working with their foundation (Bundesliga Stiftung) as well as other subsidiaries such as DFL Sports Enterprises and Digital Sports which are responsible for all national and international sponsoring, licensing and media rights. Other top clients’ industries include retail, finance and investment, law, technology and fitness.
For the last 4 years, he has also had the opportunity of helping many German and American youth and adults travel abroad and experience other cultures by facilitating student exchange programs, soccer team trips and individual trials.
Justin J. Rose comes from America and has not only in depth knowledge of the soccer culture in the youth up to professional leagues in North America, but also now a vast German soccer network of top influential individuals which extends from the professional ranks all the way to the youth academies. His accomplishments before career ending soccer surgery include; Trained with Colorado Fox and Colorado Rapids, 2-time National Amateur Soccer Champions, (Denver Kickers), US Olympic B Soccer Team, U-20 National Soccer Team, High School All-American & Colorado Soccer Player of the Year.

Jason Rose resigned as Vice President of Operations for Barrett-Jackson Auction Company in 2011 to start JJR Strategic Consulting LLC and continue his expertise in helping other organizations build their brands.
While at Barrett-Jackson Jason was one of the key forces behind Barrett-Jackson’s state-of-the-art technology infrastructure. Jason’s role at Barrett-Jackson evolved to enhance several functions and departments throughout the company. He was an essential player in effective departmental development, organization and functions within the different sects of the company. As Vice President, he was responsible for managing the I.T. infrastructure, on-site event logistics, and operations for traveling events to efficiently streamline all aspects of event preparation and execution. These events spanned over 100 plus acres and a staff over 300 people.
Jason attended Purdue University and transferred to the Colorado School of Mines. Graduating with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and a Minor in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering. Jason spent a semester in Luleå, Sweden on exchange as part of his education.
